Our jumps workshop follows a step by step process that will get you taking to the air and more importantly landing back to earth safely and in control. Jumping is one of those skills that seems totally mystifying until you can do it, then it feels as natural as riding along the flat. Starting on the smaller jumps at Antur Stiniog we will look at pre-loading and moving around, how to get that all important pop and what to do when you are in the air. As jumping is an advanced skill we require riders to have a minimum level of experience / ability before attending the course. We expect people to be able to ride a minimum of Red graded bike park trails safely and in control and have an understating of a neutral body position and be comfortable moving around the bike. Our Jumps workshops are run at Antur Stiniog Downhill Centre using their uplift service to maximise coaching and riding time on their world class trails . The course price includes a full days uplift pass which is normally £44.
